My favorite food
Hello! Today I want to talk about food, it's difficult to choose a a preference for me because I'm vegan since tree years and I had to veganize many of my favorite food and I'm also very indecisive. But l love the sweet doughs, I really like the cinnamon rolls which are literally baked dough rolls stuffed with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon, if is very neccesary to let the dough rest well before making them so that they are spongy. I like them a lot because they are not only delicious, but also because they are a lot of fun to cook, after the dough is ready, it is rolled like queen's arm (chilean dessert) and then you have to cut them into several small cakes, that have a beautiful appearance. Personally, I don't like to put frosting on them because I feel that they are already too sweet like that. My boyfriend always makes me cinnamon rolls and then see a movie together.
